Choosing your class in Dofus Unity is a decision that deserves careful thought, especially with the adjustments brought by the Unity port. The 19 available classes all have distinct strengths and weaknesses, but some will make life easier if you are just starting out or returning to the game. For a quick start, turn to Cra, Eniripsa, Sacrier, or Feca. The first two excel thanks to their range and their ability to stay far from danger, while the latter two combine toughness and damage without complexity. Their limited mechanics let you focus on learning the basics of the game without being overwhelmed.

PvM: efficiency and progression

In PvM, all classes are viable, but some make leveling, group finding, and farming smoother. A global ranking based on efficiency in dungeons, quests, solo fights, and farming helps you identify the ones best suited to your goals. PvP: versatility and adaptation

PvP depends a lot on the game mode: a class that is formidable in 1v1 may be less useful in 5v5. However, some classes adapt to all formats thanks to their versatility. Steamer can switch from an aggressive solo style to a support role in groups. Xelor, when mastered, manipulates positioning and can turn a fight around. Huppermage effectively harasses both in duels and in teams, and Zobal uses its shields to protect and control. A class you have mastered is often better than a class known to be strong but poorly played, so do not neglect the one you really like.
