How to Obtain the Blueprints

You can buy the blueprints from the regional blacksmith Lyulka. In exchange for each recipe, she requires: Frost Pebble ×20, Lacquer Berry ×30, Nightflower ×30, Summer ×20, and Rainbow Crystal ×50. You collect these materials through exploration in Nod—the crystals can be recognized by their colorful glow, and the plants grow scattered across the landscape.

Materials for Forging

For the actual forging, you need four components:

• Borderland Acquisition ×1 – drops from the bosses “Lord of the Ruined Primordial Flame” and “Heretic of the False Moon”, as well as from certain stages of the “Fire Tones” offering system and from chests.
• Rainbow Crystal ×50 – found in the open world of Nod.
• White Iron Chunk ×50 – the most common ore across all of Teyvat.
• Mora ×500 – the standard currency.

The remaining materials can be collected everywhere; only the crystals and boss drops require a trip to the Nod region. With these resources, you can forge an entire arsenal of passive weapons and strengthen your teams at low cost.
